We have refined our franchising process into a streamlined, 10-step roadmap designed to minimize risk and maximize speed-to-market. Our "Turn-Key" system ensures that you are supported by our headquarters from the moment you apply until the day you cut the ribbon.

STEP 1: The Application

 

Start the Conversation. It all begins with a click. Fill out the Franchise Application Form on our website. This provides us with basic details about your location preference, investment budget, and background.

  • Action: Complete the digital form to enter our candidate database.

 

STEP 2: Discovery Meeting

 

Getting to Know Each Other. If your profile matches our criteria, our Franchise Development Manager will contact you. We will conduct a preliminary meeting (online or in-person) to discuss the GLOBOWAX business model, ROI potential, and answer your initial questions.

 

STEP 3: Location Analysis & Feasibility

 

Finding the Perfect Spot. Location is king. You may have a site in mind, or we can help you find one. Our expert team conducts a detailed Feasibility Study, analyzing traffic flow, demographics, competition, and rental costs to ensure the location is profitable.

  • Result: Site approval or recommendation for a better alternative.

 

STEP 4: The Agreement

 

Making it Official. Once the location is approved, we present the Franchise Agreement. This document outlines our mutual commitments, territories, and rights. Upon signing and payment of the initial Franchise Fee, you officially become a GLOBOWAX Partner.

 

STEP 5: Architectural Design

 

Visualizing the Dream. Our corporate architects will design a custom layout for your specific location. We create a 3D project plan that optimizes workflow, customer waiting areas, and technical zones, ensuring your station looks premium and functions efficiently.

 

STEP 6: Construction & Renovation

 

Building the Station. Renovation begins based on the approved architectural project. You can use your own contractors under our supervision, or we can provide a "Turn-Key" construction service. We ensure all GLOBOWAX branding standards (signage, lighting, flooring) are met.

 

STEP 7: The GLOBOWAX Academy (Training)

 

Mastering the Craft. While construction is underway, you and your staff will attend the GLOBOWAX Academy.

  • Technical Training: Mastering Dry Car Care, Paste & Polish, Ceramic Coating, and Engine Cleaning.

  • Operational Training: Learning our CRM software, sales techniques, and customer service protocols.

 

STEP 8: Equipment & Product Shipment

 

Gearing Up. We ship the "Opening Kit" to your location. This includes your initial stock of nano-chemicals, machinery, uniforms, marketing materials, and specialized tools. Your station is now fully equipped and ready for action.

 

STEP 9: Soft Launch & Marketing

 

Building the Hype. Before the official opening, we launch a digital marketing campaign in your local area to generate buzz. We create social media accounts for your branch and start accepting pre-bookings. We perform a "Soft Launch" (trial run) to fine-tune operations.

 

STEP 10: The Grand Opening

 

Shining the World. It’s showtime! We support you in organizing a Grand Opening event. With the ribbon cut and the first cars rolling into the bay, you are now fully operational. Welcome to the GLOBOWAX family!
