Answer: GLOBOWAX has a global expansion strategy; we currently have operations and contracted customers in 12 countries (with references from nearly 150 contracted customers in Turkey alone).

Answer: GLOBOWAX distinguishes itself from competitors with a policy of not charging royalties or a percentage of turnover from its franchisees (designed to target a rapid ROI for the investor). These details are clearly stated in the contract and the investor information packet.

Question 6 — What is the expected ROI and payback period for investors?
Answer: The ROI varies based on the sector, location, operational efficiency, and the chosen package. GLOBOWAX packages are engineered for a swift operational turnaround; projections provided to the investor are finalized after a thorough location analysis. Answer: The fundamental requirements include: capital appropriate for the investment package, a suitable space according to the chosen model (e.g., a >100 m² fixed area for GO-GARAGE), compliance with local legal regulations, and completion of the training provided by GLOBOWAX. Detailed pre-assessment and location approval processes are specified in the contract.

Question 8 — Who handles international investment inquiries?
Answer: GLOBOWAX founder Mert ZANDALI personally and directly handles all international inquiries. International investment and partnership applications are directed to him.

Question 9 — What services do you offer?
Answer: Mobile car wash, professional wet wash, dry car care, detailing (polishing, paint correction), PPF application, window tinting, interior sterilization/deep cleaning, steam wash, fleet services, photo studio integration (Car Studio 360), product sales (chemicals & accessories), and retail store/service integrations.

Question 10 — Does GLOBOWAX have its own products? (chemicals, care products)
Answer: Yes, GLOBOWAX has its own product line, with production and supply integrated through our logistics infrastructure. Starter chemical kits are provided to all franchisees.

Answer: All products meet the brand's stringent quality standards. Warranty and return policies vary depending on the product type. Sales contracts are established for wholesale and retail conditions.
