Understanding the Results

When you search, you will receive one of three status codes:

 

 

✅ STATUS: ACTIVE & VERIFIED

  • Meaning: This individual or station is currently in good standing, has passed all exams, and their license is valid.

  • Action: Safe to proceed with services or partnership.

 

⚠️ STATUS: EXPIRED (Renewal Required)

  • Meaning: The technician was trained, but their certification period (typically 3 years) has ended, or they have missed mandatory up-skilling modules.

  • Action: Request proof of renewal before service.

 

❌ STATUS: NOT FOUND / REVOKED

  • Meaning: This ID does not exist, or the certification was revoked due to violation of GLOBOWAX Brand Standards.

  • Action: Do not authorize work. Please report this location to us immediately.

 

 

Certification Tiers

Our database verifies the following competency levels:

  1. Authorized Franchise Partner: Verified Business Owner.

  2. Certified Detailing Specialist: Qualified in Dry Car Care & Basic Detailing.

  3. Master Reconditioning Technician: Expert level in Paint Correction, Ceramic Coating, and Mini-Repair.

  4. GLOBOWAX Master Trainer: Authorized to teach and certify others.
