1. Information Gathering
Franchise inquiries can be initiated through our website, by phone, or via referrals.
2. Application Form
The Franchise candidate completes an application form detailing personal information, professional history, and business details.
3. Preliminary Meeting
Candidates who successfully pass the preliminary meeting are asked to prepare a business plan for their proposed station, based on key criteria such as market research, station square footage, location analysis, and identification of potential sites in the target area.
4. Site Selection
Based on the candidate's business plan, our management team evaluates and approves the suitability of the proposed station location.
5. Protocol Agreement
A preliminary protocol is signed with the franchisee candidate. The contents of the material delivery are determined, and the draft agreement is signed.
The project planning and procurement process for machinery, equipment, and advertising materials not included in our standard stock begins.
6. Product Delivery, Installation, and Training Process
Based on the candidate's investment choice, the decoration of the application center and official company registration procedures are carried out. A mandatory one-week training period begins for the candidate and their staff. Concurrently, activities such as installation of mechanical equipment and decoration commence.
7. Practical Application
Theoretical and practical training is provided at our headquarters or at designated stations. Official certifications are awarded upon completion.
8. Contract and Grand Opening
All station preparations for the opening are finalized, and after all training is completed, the lease agreement is signed. The official franchise agreement is signed once the station becomes operational.
